This design is for a new mixed-use development in the historic seafaring City of Gloucester, Massachusetts.

The development includes 200,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment uses, a 150-key

business hotel, and an 83-unit assisted living facility.

Phase One of the project - consisting of 120,000 SF of retail - was completed and is anchored by a 60,000 supermarket.
