This project includes the development of three new Class-A office buildings along Route 128, just outside Boston, MA.

The new buildings vary from three to five stories in height, and will total 450,000 sf. The structures will be clad in brick with cast stone trim, with additional metal detailing and accents.

The project also includes a new six-story parking garage.
