Located on a prime retail street in Boston’s Back Bay, this project calls for the complete renovation and restoration of two existing turn-of-the-century brownstone buildings. The intent is to merchandise the building with one large retailer, who intends to occupy three to four levels.

The project includes the excavation of the existing front plaza and the creation of a new lower level of retail space.

Façade restoration includes the removal of years of paint from the entire front façade. Signage improvements include new awnings and marquee signage.
